    Bald Eagles
Drove down from the American Camp National Historic Park. It is a short drive and stopped to hike out to the lighthouse. Then continued to the parking lot at Cattle Point. Spent time looking at the shore birds nesting on the islands in the channels. As I walked back to the car, spotted two bald eagles in the pine trees right across the road. It was a highlight of my trip.

One of the most scenic bike rides
We were biking on the island and rode to Cattle Point. The views of the Olympic Mountains and the Haro Strait were spectacular. There was a nice picnic area where we ate lunch and a nice walk to a lighthouse. This is a must do for cyclists.
