Wonderful wine in a historical building.

Barrister Winery is located in downtown Spokane in a beautiful brick building built in 1906. Started by two attorneys in 2001, this winery is a must visit. With bold expressive Washington grapes and some careful aging, the wines prove to be some of the best in Washington. The building boasts 18' ceilings with 100 year old brick, original wood beams, and the original wood floor. The basement is full of over 650 barrels of aging Barrister red wine. In the summer the courtyard fills up with flowers and has a beautiful barrel wall, making this the perfect place for your next event. Open 12-5 daily for tastings. THERE'S MORE: Down town tasting bar location in the Liberty building at 203 N. Washington across the street from the new Davenport Grand Hotel. Come visit us, open daily.

    Wonderful tasting
We always enjoy going to Barrister winery. Best wines ever and friendly staff. Like the option to either sit indoors or on the patio. Like the new set up for wine tasting with all glasses brought to table. Especially looking forward to the concert with Zuill Bailey on September 9th. Great to have the NW Bach Festival back at Barristers!

    Unique winery experience
Barrister Winery is an urban winery, located in and old brick building near a railway. By, "old" I mean a building steeped in character and history, brick and wood with features from a bygone era. Within this comfortable environment, you will find excellent red wines at agreeable prices. You might want to check their website for the evenings when they feature music. My wife and it had a perfect evening the other day on the patio of Barrister eating a picnic dinner drinking excellent wine and enjoying the musical performance. I highly recommend a visit to Barrister Winery!
