Awesome Place For Kids to Blow Off Energy

Just moved to Washington and tried to find comparable fun things to do for my kids 8, 9, and 11. We had a Rock n' Jump in California. This place was fun for the kids, but it had several restrictions for younger kids. My kids were limited in areas to play. Most places a restrict 1 area for smaller kids, but this one had several restricted areas for older kids.

Nice place to go and let kids get energy out
We went here for the 1st time for a birthday party. I had signed the waiver online. The check-in area is pretty unclear where or what to do when you walk in. There are signs on the front of the check-in desk but if there's a line, you can't see them! I followed my kids (ages 4 and 8) around the trampolines (thought I didn't jump) and was shocked at how many young kids (I'm talking 5 and under) were just on their own, without a parent in sight. My kids were playing in the dodge ball area and a little boy and his younger brother (they looked to be about 4 and 6 maybe?) came in and the older one came up behind my younger son (4 yrs) and tackled him from behind to the ground! I was shocked! I went into Mama bear mode and told him it wasn't okay to tackle someone like that! I couldn't believe there were so many kids going crazy, not following the rules or behaving properly and there was no parent to be found! The staff supposed to be "supervising" didn't seem to care what was going on in any area of the facility. We've been to Elevated Sportz in Bothell where they have staff coaching the dodge ball game areas so that it's civilized and kids learn how to play. Maybe something Altitude needs to look into.

    Required adult supervision
My almost 5 year old granddaughter had a great time! The employees whose job was monitoring for safety, one of them was too busy talking to her friend... so I didn't feel there was any safety supervision occurring during the hour we were ther. If you go before 2, only 6.50$ for child under age 7 so that's the best time to go. We left just before 3 and there were rambunctious teens jumping and knocking our little ones out of the way... May return but may try earlier in the day.
