Wonder Day

TEMPORARY TASTING ROOM CLOSURE Our priority continues to be the safety and well-being of our employees and our customers. While our team has taken numerous precautions to minimize risk, we believe that closing our tasting room to the public is the responsible decision. Our winery will be closed starting on 3/14 while we monitor the situation.

Taste the reserve wines not found in stores.
Open during COVID, with appropriate precautions and friendly staff ! While 14 Hands is typically thought of as a budget supermarket brand, the Reserve Line of wines are what are offered here for tastings. 14 Hands is one of the many Ste Michelle brands, so we compared these to others from Ste Michelle, Columbia Crest, etc. We found them of high quality, but not as good values of some of the others.

    Delightful visit
We visited 14 Hands Winery today, and had a delightful visit. The place was clean and set up for social distancing. I appreciated the wonderful staff, who explained things thoroughly before we entered the building or sat down at our outside table. I felt that the tasting was a safe and clean experience. The wines were great, and I appreciate the ability to taste some wines that were open and not on the tasting menu. For those who may need a little nibble while they're indulging, they have a great menu at this time. On a sustainability note, I don't know why reusable wine glasses are used for the tasting and disposable, single-use plastics are used for a spit cup and water glasses. If the winery has a dishwasher, they could use their stemless wine glasses for water and create a little less waste in this world where less than 10% of plastic is actually recycled.
