A great place for a summer vacation!
The beautiful Lake Kaban is located in the very center of the capital of Tatarstan. For several years now, the shores of the lake have been ennobled - a well-maintained embankment with a wooden deck, passing directly above the water, has appeared. There are also bike paths, cafes and bike rentals. There is a rental of boats and catamarans where you can ride on the lake itself. There are fountains in the middle of the lake. In general, this is a great place for a summer vacation!

Super for peaceful time
Super place to spend some peaceful time and walk along the lake. Ducks and other birds are there. Lots of greenery around. Benches to sit and enjoy fresh air. Even in a rainy day I enjoyed it, sunny one would be incredible.

Beautiful walking area
The Kaban Lake is a pretty big lake in the center of Kazan. It stretches around the eastern part of town, and is a good place to visit after exploring the authentic Tatar neighborhood close by. Also, there're plenty of restaurants in vicinity and a new theater.
