Extremely interesting museum

The museum is located in the city center. Zrenjanin National Museum falls into the category of museums complex type, native character covers an area of central Banat. The museum was founded in 1906 as the Torontals County Museum. The permanent exhibition of the museum is fantastic and very interesting. In the museum are placed important works of famous painters as Dimitar Popović, Nikola Nešković, Nikola Aleksić, Konstantin Danilo, Đuro Jakšić, Novak Radonjic, Uros Predić, Paulina Sudarski, Tivadar Vanjek. There is also a significant collection of Viennese manufactory of porcelain, Glass Harahov, Argentor factory - Rust & Hecel and others. The interior of the building is beautifully designed and thematically very well laid out so that we can easily get around. The guide is well educated and very kind. A place that is indispensable to visit.

    One of the best Museum in Vojvodina
    On one place you can feel the flavor of the mixture of nations living in Vojvodina Banat region around city of Zrenjanin. Well educated guide can answer for all of your questions related to history of region. Nice exhibition of famous Vojvodina painter Uros Predic and his life and era end of 19th century and beginning of 20th century.

    There are thousands of wonderful items on display. Fine art, ancient artifacts, taxidermy, revolving special exhibits
    The staff speak multiple languages, are very friendly and very helpful. There are multiple kinds of exhibits, lots of period rooms decorated with items from daily life, many fine art paintings, ancient artifacts, taxidermy, revolving exhibits including special exhibits for children. This place is a jewel and a joy. Highly recommend.
