Hubba Hubba Highway Cabana Review - Water Country USA
Since everyone else writes about the park itself, I thought I'd give advice to those thinking about renting a Cabana or chairs when visiting the park. We rented a Cabana on Hubba Hubba Highway in July. Price was $199 (+ tax) and included a cooler with 16 cold drinks: 4 Coke's, 4 Diet Coke's, 4 Sprite's, and 4 bottles of water as well as 8 beach towels (cheap, thin towels) and a locker. If you didn't drink sometime you could exchange it for something you wanted to drink, which is what we did. The Cabanas are HUGE 16 × 16 and shaded. There was a large round table with 6 chairs and 2 lounge chairs in each Cabana. The ceiling fan felt amazing (it was close to 100 the day we were there). If you have people who don't like to be in the sun all day a Cabana is the way to go and makes a great home base. We had Cabana 14. It was on a cove by ourselves, no other Cabanas near us. Very quiet and private. Some Cabanas are close to each other as the pictures I attached show. My only concern after booking was when we looked at the map we thought the Cabanas were near the smoking section. That is not the case, the chairs for public seating is next to that area, the Cabanas (and chair rental with umbrella) are are in the middle of Hubba Hubba Highway - you must have a wristband to enter that area and no smoking is allowed. The park shows that it opens at 10am, but they started letting people in at 9:45 so the lines weren't so long which was great. They had some rides open at 9:45 and other areas of the park were closed until 10am. We had to wait til 10 to get back to Hubba Hubba Highway, when we got there we checked in and were given our VIP wristbands. They asked for ID and a receipt so be sure to bring both. I didn't print the receipt but luckily I had my phone on me and was able to show her the confirmation email. They gave us a menu if we wanted to order anything off it they would deliver it to the Cabana at the requested time. As you can see from my pictures, they are not allowed to except tips. As we walked around the park there were tons of chairs to sit and keep our stuff had we not rented the Cabana (we went on a Tuesday), but not most of them were in the sun. We liked having the shade and when it rained all our stuff stayed dry. The Cabana area is the same area as where the lounge chairs rentals are. If I didn't rent a Cabana I would definitely rent the lounge chairs with the umbrella. Nice and quiet. We probably only spent an hour ish total in the Cabana but it was nice at the end of the day to rest in there before the long drive back, plus we loved the ice cold drinks. Restrooms were super close and the kids loved Hubba Hubba Highway. We loved that we could sit in the Cabana & see them as they floated by us on Hubba Hubba.

    Great time with good rides.
The rides range from a lazy river to high thrill and all of the rides were fun. Some rides were closed due to staffing issues but this is expected with the fact they can employ the usual students they do on foreign visas since they were all suspended due to COVID. Well worth the money and the staff was friend. Lines get long later in the day.
