Maymont Surprise
Maymont is a sprawling estate with much to see (mansion, eagles, buffalos, goats, and fish). We visited while in Richmond for a weekend and found it to be a historically informative, relaxing, and great way to rack-up steps for our Fitbit. Great experience for children as well.

Fine, But ...
The audio tour was nice to have even though it didn't address all the items. There were staff members on each floor to answer any questions. I agree with another reviewer, the walkways are difficult to walk on. They made me a little nervous.
