This is a lovely walk, the trees and autumnal colours are brilliant

Yackandandah in autumn is spectacular. We spent time walking the varies walks and trails including the Yackandandah mining gorge trail, we also spent time wondering the streets of Yackandandah enjoying all its old world charm dressed up in gorgeous autumnal colours, and cycled the Yackandandah creek cycling / walking trail. The best!!

    Nice walk to take in history
    Easy walk to start of trail from town centre or park at creek. Gorge, or tail race, about 1.25km from main sign, get to by crossing wooden bridge and up short flight of stairs. Water was gushing down during our January visit. Easy level trail. Can extend walk along south side of creek to end up at brewery. Approx 5.5km return.

    nice Walk
    walked from the main town up here . Nice walk up along the river to the goarge. took a wrong turn and ended up walking through someones backyard and came out their driveway.
