Definitely worth a visit
We visited the Beer Shed on Saturday of New Year’s Eve and we took my daughter and son in law and my 4 granddaughters. This place has so much to see, so much history and unique things. The beer can collection is only a small part part of what there is to see. Neil’s presentation of the tour is informative and fun he is excellent with children and involves them in telling you about his different items. You will wander around and see things that remind you of your grandparents or parents. You can enjoy a cold drink be it a beer a wine a soft drink or another Drink of your choice. Definitely well worth a visit.

Good laughs good history
Could not recommend enough, this is Neil’s personal collection of life and what he has managed to collect over the years. Awesome memorabilia from all kinds of beer but also great items of Echuca’s , Victorian and Australian history. His love and interest in every item made the experience! The more time you spend walking around the more little details you get. We spent almost an hour there after the tour laughing with Neil and the rest of the local staff; even hires young workers to help around the venue giving them their first job. Well worth the entry fees just to hear the quick witted remarks but the added royal children’s hospital’s prize wheel provided awesome prizes for adults and children. Can’t wait to come back to try and win another one of The Great Aussie Beer Shed’s tshirts!

Easy going, relaxed exhibition
I would recommend this relaxed museum to anyone wanting to fill in a few hours with some fun exhibitions. Neil (the owner) displays so much enthusiasm to share his collection & knowledge. He greeted us as soon as we pulled up, he explained how the place was set up and had a friendly chat.
