    Fun and Yum
As a dedicated cook/foodie I love exploring markets whenever I travel. This market was HUGE and didn't disappoint. Great for people watching, a few treats while wandering around and, of course, for getting food for later meals. We were there late in the afternoon so by the time we were buying produce things were really marked down, even organic items. SCORE!

    A Fantastic Market
This was a fantastic experience and it is an amazing market and well worth a visit. If you enter from the top the first part you come to is the clothes and souvenirs section which was OK but not what we was interested in. As you go down you hit the middle section which is basically fruit and vegetables. Here it was amazing to see so much choice and all brought in fresh every day. We went several times morning and afternoon and just before closing all the sellers are frantically pitching and selling their produce at extremely cheap almost giveaway prices because they do not really want to take it away as all will be new tomorrow. The final section is more closed in and is full of meats, cold cuts, pates and fine cheeses. There are several options for food and food stalls around if you are feeling peckish. The selection is mind boggling and this is just a great way to spend several hours
