The Museum of Illusions was an absolutely wonderful experience!
The museum is located in a very beautiful and fitting building in the city center of Veliko Tarnovo. The staff are exremely friendly and helpful and guide you throughout all the exhibits, explaining how you can use or observe them. The exhibits themselves are distributed on all five floors of the museum and immensely diverse, optical, physical, practical, playing with your senses and drifting you further away from reality. You can also take plenty of pictures with the exhibits, some of them hilariously ridiculous, others just hard to comprehend, but will definitely want to show them to friends and family afterwards. Overall I would say the visit was an awesome experiene, and would definitely visit it again!

Wonderfull museum with an amazing experience
I was there with my boyfriend last week and we were stunned by this museum. It had a really nice location(between Samovodskata Charshia and Tsarevets). Lots of people were going in and we decided to give it a go. It was a little crowded, but it had 5 floors and it was not too crowded on each floor. There were guides on each floor to help us with the illusion or to take a picture for us. On the ground floor we found a huge model made from sand of the medieval fortress Tsarevets also located in Veliko Tarnovo. The prices of the museum are cheap and everyone from the staff was really nice. We saw lots of new illusions and we loved them. I have been in a couple more museums of illusions, but this was the best I have ever been. It was trully and extraordinary place.
