Brilliant zoo
Absolutely loved terra natura, we had the zoo included in our stay so we went a couple of times so we didn't miss anything. We done the elephant experience and the hands on experience which included insects ,spiders, giant snails, snakes etc both are amazing and recommend doing. The bird show was really good as the fly over you when watching also the bird house was really cool as it made you feel like your in a tropical forest. There is also a Slough in with the birds and we were lucky enough to stop him/her . Drinks and snacks are quite expensive in the zoo but we didn't buy anything as the hotel we stayed at was connected to the zoo. There is a few hills in the zoo but not too bad and you can hire a buggy if needed. There are picnic areas and play parks also several rope bridges to play on. We really enjoyed terra natura and would go back, definitely would recommend visiting if your in benidorm.

Good value
The zoo was open only 3 days a week, and was very reasonably priced at 22 Euros. There were no buses to the zoo, so have to take a taxi (about 15 euros from Benidorm town), or by car (parking is 8 Euros). Although it had winter opening times, everything at the zoo was open, lots of animals to see, many food places to visit, even a couple of shows. Such good value for the money.
