Amazing view!

You can easily drive to the top by car, scooter or bike. Only a few last steps to do until you reach the cross. Even when you don't want to walk up to where there cross is, there is an incredible view from the parking. My father has got a bad knee but still made it up. It's a small unsteady path. At night its very dark so its recommended to bring flash lights or a charged phone with one. Really loved this place! Young adults come here to chill. It's a very quiet place above a busy city. There are not a lot of tourists now due to covid, but I can imagine it could be very full of cars during high season.. Could be you need to park on the side of the road up then. Just go!

    Views ???
Before going to Benidorm I had promised myself that I’d go to see the cross ✝️ . The cross is a good walk up a very steep hill but taxis will drive up and if you ring for a taxi after going up to see the cross they will collect you ? The views from the cross are spectacular ? If you want you can bring friendship locks and memorial cards of family and friends you can attach them to the cross. From our kitchen and balcony in the Don Gregorio Apartments we could see the cross at night and day . It’s gorgeous at nighttime as it’s lit up ? Highly recommend everyone to go and see it ‼️

A must do when in Benidorm
Every time I have been to Benidorm I have visited the cross, mainly because that is where my fathers ashes are buried and also for the views. The last 3 times we have walked up previously i have taken a taxi up and walked back down which varied from 5 to 8 euros. It is a relatively easy walk depending how fit you are and the temperatures. Starting from the far end of the promenade of levante beach climb the small hill and follow the road around to the left on reaching the roundabout keep right. When you reach Merita's bar go around it to the left and follow the road. On the return we always stop for a swift pint in Meritas.
