What a wonderful place!

We hired a car for £22 from Benidorm and headed to these beauties for a day out. Not too busy and plenty of places to swim and chill. Lots of cafes to grab a snack at the entrance/exit too. Remember to take change for parking and it is €8 each for entry I would definitely recommend hiring a car instead of getting a trip as it works out cheaper and you can spend all the time you want there.

Beautiful place for a family trip
What a truly beautiful place. We visited in October 21, after reading reviews that it’s too crowded in summer. Travelled an hour and a half up from Algorfa and it was well worth the drive. Parked the car at Marcos restaurant at a cost of €5, but was given a voucher which discounted our food if we are their later (which we did, good food, fantastic service, pool for the kids to swim in whilst waiting for their dinner at no extra charge because we were eating). The falls were stunning. There were a few visitors but it wasn’t crowded. Lots of steps so no good for disabled or buggies etc. The water is ice cold! Swim shoes are a must (we got ours for 6.95€ from a Chinese shop). Our 6yr old and 10yr old loved it. We all took it in turns to jump off the ledge into the freezing water below (6yr old with his dad!) we would all definitely recommend it. We were there about 3 hours before heading for food.

Refreshing spot! Great end to any HOT day!!! Nature at it's best!
We visited here After Guadalest. A half hour drive from Guadalest. This place was surprisingly crowded during these times, with People from all over.Parking lots and the streets were packed with cars. All practiced safety re the covid, masks and social distancing, as much as One can in that situation. We parked at the bottom of the Hill and walked up to the entrance of the falls. At that time restaurants were closed to reopen later (siesta). The falls are wonderful. The water was cold, which was very suitable as the Day was extremely hot. The entrance to this place is 5 euros per person where you are given an armband to wear. One is NOT allowed to take in food, alcholic beverages to the site. When we Discovered this we were starving, had our own food, which we couldnt eat. We found a restaurant that served 'school food', paid alot too, but needed food. Tips: Eat before you go or snack on something in the car. There is a restaurant right at the entrance of the falls but it is very pricey and was a bit tacky- No spanish food. The staff at Fonts de l'Algar were very welcoming, friendly. There are bathrooms, toilets which were very clean. Tip 2: A pair of Good swimming shoes as the terrrain in the water is rocky. Take water, loads of it on a hot day is good.Just remember the least you carry with you, the better and more comfortable you Will feel. Pick a spot, jump in and enjoy. It is very Beautiful and worth the visit. RECOMMENDED HIGHLY!!
