Top quality department store
Whenever we are in other countries, we always like to go department stores as it’s interesting to see how they operate versus our own stores in the UK. Stockmann is clearly a higher end store with many outlets and departments within the store of top brands as well as various dining options. The food store as expected is very good quality and has lots of choice & there is also an Alko next to it selling alcohol. The other interesting place we visited was a lovely secondhand shop which also included a cafe. If you like shopping, particularly for clothes, then this is probably a must-visit store and easy given that there is so much choice all under one roof in an elegant, large store.

Easy to reach in the middle of Helsinki
The old most famous departments store of Finland has renewd its consept. Now consisting of several shop in shops with large variety of the most popular Finish artikles. Cosy atmosphere, nice restaurants one of the best grocery stores located in the basement level!
