Sipoonkorpi national park area forms the core of the forest massif just 30 minutes drive away from the centre of the capital of Finland. There are lots of other wooded areas outside of the actual park boundaries as well. You can begin anywhere, there are marked trails as well as wilderness where only the Maps application is your friend. It's good to have a knowledgeable local showing you the way. It's a heaven for mushroom and berry picking, experiencing ancient forests that have been spared from logging and nature at its best.

Excellent for hiking
Only 30 minutes by car and you are in the middle of a beautiful forest. Several marked paths, some harder than other and of different length. Great for a day trip of hiking.
