No a big gallery, but select and interesting exhibitions. Nice little cafe and of course Kerava related souvenirs in addition to expo souvenirs.

Must see place in Kerava
I have seen many of their art exhibitions and all of them have been quite comprehensive. The latest was naivism in Finland and it has over 260 artworks on show. Sinkka is not that big place but worth the visit!
