We did plan renting a boat on locatieontwikkelaar Vinkeveen. We were waiting for an hour in the reception. It was very hot there and just one German girl to help for the long row. When it was our turn she told us the system was down. We asked her to send us an email, but since we were no clients yet, she did not want to do so. Waiting in the row we heard that there were many complaints about the boat people did rent. We decided that we would not want to rent a boat by leboat. Also because we red a lot of bad reviews on the internet.

    Poor maintenance and navigation information
    In general better maintenance, better navigation information and someone please teach Eveline how to provide precise information and being polite to customers. There was a leak in one of the boat cabins. Initially they would not agree to change the boat, but tried to fix it by applying sticky tape, ridiculous. Eventually we has a different boat. Old and poorly maintained bycicles. Poor navigation inforation, the maps were not detailed, the information given by phone while sailing was inaccurate. Eveline was impolite and not efficiently helpful.
