Much Bigger Than Expected

From the outside, the museum doesn’t look very big but as we explored further, we kept finding more rooms/areas so it is definitely good value for money. Some items are displayed outside and others are in the old bath-house. The collection inside is well lit and the place had a very relaxed feel.

    Great little museum
    Side has such an interesting history and the museum has great exhibits such as Athena and Nike. Its only small but well worth a visit and its entry fee is very good value for money. We really enjoyed our visit. Make sure you purchase a twin ticket for the museum and amphitheatre. Both were wonderful!

    Lots of fascinating facts in a lively setting
    This museum has lots of boards with English on so you can have all the interesting facts about Side and its history. Side has an ancient history and there are lots of artifacts in and around the museum. It get in is 18 lr, about £2.50 each and to get there by bus is very easy as the bus terminates not far away at the historical area. We have been to visit this site twice now and plan on another trip before we go back to the UK soon.
