Great Ski Resort for location, just need to make sure theres enough snow
Great Ski Resort for location, just need to make sure theres enough snow. Only chance we had to visit was when the snow wasnt at its highest so a good few of the slopes were closed but just wrong timing!

Good Place for Hiking and Skiing
If you are looking for a ski resort in Turkey, this is a place to go. There are about five hotels in the area in case you want to spend a week there. If you are not a skier, there is no need to worry. you can chill out at the restaurant/café in the starting area with good food and drinks. You can also hike. Also, you may take a lesson, but be aware that the cost is 170 TL (about $80) and you have to pay extra for renting equipment and ski pass.

A great days skiing
I visited Kartalkaya with friends last Saturday, good fresh snow and plenty of sunshine. It is a small resort with limited runs but plently for a good days skiing in particular off piste. A word of warning if taking a young family in particular if they have not skied before, the families that came with us had to buy a full price pass for the children, there were no reductions for kids or the ability to purely buy a ticket for the beginners lift. An expensive day when the kids decided they didnt like it.
