    Cultural insight with stunning views
Understated Castle with an amazing history. The underwater archaeology is stunning in itself. The amphorae, glassware and ingots show how advanced people were at the time. The princess with gold jewellery is incredible especially when you see her skeleton in the sarcophagus nearby. Top tip - these rooms are air conditioned ?. The views from the castle are wonderful too.

Loved this castle and the museum
My daughter and I visited the castle and museum, a worthwhile afternoon spent in this wonderful castle. The views were spectacular of the marina, the bay, and the city. Lots of different chambers showing artefacts and old relics from the shipwrecks. The museum was a lot smaller than I had envisaged, however, the old wreck was well presented and lots of information in english. It cost 65tl entry which was for the castle and museum, well worth it, we spent around 2-3 hrs there.
