Beautiful

We enjoyed every minute spent at the lake. One can fish, swim or rent a boat...or, as my wife and me did- we walk all around the lake, enjoyed the view and a great picnic.

    Beautiful - in the autumn colors.
    An artificial lake - its name is Gozna , situated near Valiug everybody knows it a Valiug Lake but that is wrong the name of the lake is Gozna. It is a favorite place in the summer - but I love it more in the autumn , with the colors different ... this time we were there in the last week end of September 2022. Originally built between 1950 and 1953 to supply water to the city of Resita , nowadays is a favored place to spend weekends away from the noise of the city - though "the Ponton" is housing parties during the summer nights .... still for those who are not here for the music in the summer you can swim in the lake , row a bit in boats or kayaks or enjoy sports fishing in its water. Anyways , when you are in the area , check it out , it is a very nice place to spend a few hours.

    Beatifull by night
    We saw it by night, beloved and kissed by the moon’s touch... really like a paradise night view! Perfect romantic reflection of the moon on the lake must be enjoied by you if you are in the area!! Visit the place , wonderfull part of romania!!
