Nice place
It's a good place for shopping and also for hanging out with friends and family. You can find some great international brands there. It's worth spending some time there.

I just got back from Romania to visit family on my husband's side. It was my first time and everyone prepared me for the worst, however one city that went far beyond my expectations was Cluj. They just opened a new 4 stories mall "The Julius Mall" and are still adding onto it, including a Supermarket and a Starbucks (in case you get homesick and want to see a relic that reminds you of home). It is beautiful, and can be compared to a newer, nicer mall from the USA. There is also another mall on the outskirts of Cluj called the "Polus Mall." It isn't as new as the Julius Mall, but I preferred the shopping at this mall better. The Locals like this mall better too, since it is one story.
