It's a nice lake and also a nice area. It' s great to spend some time there when the weather is good. Great scenery.

Nice lake in Romania
Artificial lake offering a variety of options for accommodation from hotel to camping including rental apartments. Water sports and fishing paradise, excellent in the warm months. Could get crowded at weekends. Has also properties for sale. A little off the beaten track. Reachable by car in 90 minutes from Sibiu international airport, 30 km-ish from Deva

Absolutely magnificent
Very nice view wherever you stay around. A beautiful forest surrounds half of it. On the other half can find many accommodations. Can rent a boat, can swim, can walk around the lake. The road to the lake is acceptable. Overall, is a nice location to spent a day or an weekend.
