Tradition and architecture of the old times
The Banat Village museum of Timisoara , a several hectares park that has a collection of traditional houses from the region of Banat and Crisana. It has a great potential and some of the building are beautifully refurbished, however there were not too many visitors. The entrance fee is 5 Ron - about 1 Euro - and the nice touch is the fact that you actually get a poste card with the Village Museum not just a simple ticket. Some of the houses/buildings are open so the visitors can enter and in front of almost every house there is an information panel so you can get some info about that specific building. Overall the place is very interesting, if you are interested in history and the architecture in the villages of Banat in the past centuries for sure you will find it interesting. If you would like a nice walk I recommend you try this place.

Nice Museum
We had a nice walk today in the Banat Village Museum, the place looks very nice and quiet and it's full with old houses so you can admire the way people used to live in the past. There was no entry fee due the Easter holiday. Also, this is a place where different events and festivals are being organized.

Nice place to walk
Very interesting building, recovered and it gives you a glimpse of the near and further past . My girls enjoyed it and it’s very nicely shaded. The only negative it’s that they didn’t have any place were you can purchase something to drink, and it was pretty hot . So you have to go prepared. No taxis either Uber came to Resque.
