Chocolate shop locally crafted by artisans using ethically farmed and traded cocoa beans from different parts of the world then blended in Italy or Belgium for amazing smoothness and quality. We use local fruit and nuts and Texas produced spirits in creative ways producing confections unparalleled. The shop also has unique gifts juried by designer LaDonne Wenzel.

Chocolate heaven!!!!
Excellent truffles---could've bought out the place, but needed to show some restraint as I'm a chocoholic....Fudge was beyond delicious, truffles were mouth watering. Chocolate in every form was out of this world! Warm, attentive staff....Made the visit very comfortable and homey

Rich, Smooth, Amazing Chocolate
As soon as we walked, we were warmly welcomed by the man running the shop that day. They let you sample the chocolates and have lots of choices. If you're a "chocoholic" be ready to spend quite a bit. We sampled some of the truffles and we were in heaven. According to them, they don't use preservatives or added sugars. The chocolate tasted rich and it was smooth. We took some chocolate home and have been eating very little of it because we want it to last a long time. Next time we pass through Hico, we'll need to stop at Wiseman and get some more.
