White Bluff Resort is Better than Ever!
Since the Property Owners Association acquired all of the resort amenities in October, 2018, the resort exceeded expectations! The condos, where we stayed, have been totally gutted and renovated with first class internal furnishings, first class kitchens, first class outdoor grilling facilities and totally new bedding and beds as well as new bathrooms. The landscaping is phenomenal as are the views of the Old Course. The restaurant at the New Course, Mulligan's, is unbelievable- thought we were at St. Andrews! Played both courses, and the total re-do of the greens and bunkers is incredible. Can hardly wait for springtime so we can go back and enjoy it all!

Beautiful Area & Golf
Great community that is going through many new upgrades. Golf courses are excellent and one is ranked in the top 25 public play in Texas. We would have like to stayed in our motor home but RV park is being upgraded and not available. Hotel recently opened but we have not toured it yet. We love the food at the club house as it is great quality and portions. Staff is terrific.

Fix Your Roads
If you plan on going there to play golf, you'd better go in a 4 wheel drive vehicle suitable for offroad use. They spent millions to upgrade the golf courses, but completely ignored the resort infrastructure. With the exception of the main road, White Bluff Drive, all of the roads within the resort are crumbling, with some of them being one step above bare dirt. Most of the resort amenities are closed and in a state of severe disrepair as well.
