Felt Welcomed!
Stopped here before visiting the Ranger museum. My only complaint was the parking. There was something going on and city vehicles and trucks parked in the lot so visitor parking was limited for here and the Ranger museum. The nice ladies at the Welcome Center told us unmarked areas we could park. Great place to use the restroom, get information on the area and do some souvenir shopping.

Very friendly & knowledgable!
I know some of the reviews are mixed, but we were pleasantly surprised how friendly and knowledgeable the girl (young lady; most likely a college student; didn't catch her name) was at the desk. She greeted us with a friendly greeting and gave us a lot of helpful information. Definitely recommend starting here when you arrive in town.
