I did not actually get to stay here due to the record recent flooding, but I was absolutely blown away by how helpful and friendly Kara is. She was super quick to reply, and very helpful in all her responses. Despite cancelling too late they went ahead and refunded all my money due to the exceptional circumstance. Can't wait to stay here in the future when I am scuba diving at Windy Point Park.

    Meh.
Pros: the allegedly not-awesome bathrooms? They're pretty awesome now! And I can see a lot of signs of investment. Cons: This is a pretty small water park -- only has 3 slides, I think, and 3 pools, plus a beach area on Lake Travis. The height cutoff to use the slides is 42" -- and only one pool is really set up for children below 42". So my daughter really couldn't do much, and it also wasn't easy to watch both my under-42" child and over 42" child simultaneously. Additionally, maybe because it wasn't the weekend, none of the bars and such below the top of the hill were open -- I really couldn't get food or drinks without extracting the kids from their activities. There's a $15 fee to bring in a cooler, too. So, not bad, but not ideal. But at $19.99ish per 42" tall person, plus $7 for parking, it's also not a comparatively great value. I might return in a few years to see if new ownership has addressed any of these issues.
