DO NOT BOOK BDAY PARTY
I reserved a party for 3/23/19 4pm-6pm my host name was Jason, who was hosting 2 parties. I had made reservation for the North Park Location SA,TX.I was not please at all with the service. When I got the confirmation call to reassure what the package is and a run down of how the party should go, I still did stress, I specified the color of balloons I wanted, I had asked Jason for a Pitcher of drink, which he stated they do not have pitches but I can order through him to get the drinks, which meant I would have to ask ea child which drink they want, my sister had asked him if they had forks, he replied yes we have a lot of forks, at the time of opening gifts I had asked him if he had a trash bag and he looked at me with a blank stare and said A TRASH BAG, I stated yes for the trash of plates stacked on the table that I did in order to clear the table up and also the trash from the presents we are opening. At first my frustration was towards the host but we decided to stay longer after 6pm and while I stood in line to get a Icee I overheard the ppl in line standing behind me complaining of their party host as well for a party room they reserved. The simple complaint was AGAIN the refills of drinks and their host told them they would need to get their own refills. Which anyone can understand why you pay this much for a party and expect for it to be stress free for you as the other parents you invited, When this lady was upset she made this aware to the manager who was also running the concession stand and of course he refilled the drinks wrote the childs name on the cups as they requested and then makes a statement about the party host to the party family and said SHE JUST CUT HERSELF SHORT OUT OF HER TIP, ITS NOT MY TIP IM WORRIED ABOUT……..this was very upsetting and just plain poor management skills, I know these are just teenagers working the party events but this was something I really looked forward too and I was reassured it would not be stressful, but It was and Honestly I would not recommend anyone to have a party here but instead only come for the day. Overall I just wish there had been a lot better training for the host its as simple as that.

Not sure how to feel
Went here yesterday. Took our 6 and 1 year old. My husband and i also paid for admission and we bought the socks. We were in the dodgeball area and my 1 year old was with another 1 year old tossing a bean bag back and forth as an older teenager blocked them from any harm even though no one was in there but us. A lady came and told me only my child can't be in there because she didn't have a wristband. I was like neither do them As i proceeded to point to the teen and other baby but she only told us to get out. I didnt appreciate her picking and choosing. Not many options here as the other location. Please buy socks because being barefoot exposes you to fungus and hand foot mouth disease since they clearly don't clean the trampolines
