DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.
I recommend adults to stay with their kids for the pure reason of witnessing older kids bullying the younger kids and very aggressive teens. My son and I witnessed a fight, A very aggressive and irate young boy with lots of profanity out his mouth. The staff was not equipped to handle this kind of ordeal, for there was a huge struggle to get this young boy out the door. When the cops came to handle business, the young man was even more irate. The staff is all teenage, there should be a few adults there as well to help mold these teenagers and teach them how to deal with these kinds of issues and to teach them that their "homies" are not allowed to break the rules and do whatever just to show off. kids are running that place. saw a mother talk to a manger about this young boy hitting her son, who was there celebrating a birthday with their family, if it was me, I would ask for a refund, she paid for that party only to have her son be hit and bullied to switch that boy was not asked to leave, on top of seeing an irate young boy acting a fool. with all that being said the bottom of the line is the manger is young and passive let that young boy stay instead kicking him out which led to this boy to come at my son. this is why there are fights. allowing aggressive unsupervised children to stay because it all about who you "know" on top of all of that there was trash everywhere. this place has gone downhill bad. we used to love going but not anymore. ADVENTUOUS AND SAFE not anymore
