Looking for meditation, relaxation and friendly conversation

The establishment was nice and clean with all COVID-19 rules clearly explained and executed. Our massage was wonderful, the masseuse attended to all the stressed areas we identified. The saunas were great!! along with the nude hot baths and bathing areas. Just be cautious of the extra costs for drinks and gratuity, which can add up quickly if not managed. I would recommend you eat and drink outside the establishment for better cost and quality.

It was good until it wasn't
This was my first time here and I had a good experience except for the check in/out. My daughter bought me a few services for my appointment online as a birthday gift. We expected everything to be charged to the card she used to book my appointments. We knew about the $50 entrance fee, which I think is insane. You have to pay the entrance fee on top of any service, restaurant or drinks you want to add. As I stated, we knew about the entry fee because it is mentioned on the website. I checked in for my appointment and was told that I had to pay the fee because they do not store credit cards for the entry fee and that I needed to pay it before entering. I finished all my services which were great. I tried to check out and was told that I needed to pay my bill. I told them that my appointment was booked online and to use the the same credit card used to book the appointment. I was told that they don't store credit card information at all. I asked, how will the card on file be charged a 20% cancellation fee if they don't store credit card information? The staff went to get a manager and I was told it was a different system and not linked to the same billing system. I let them know my services were a birthday gift, which was stated on the reservation and that I know could be seen because the staff confirmed upon entry and at my services; And, that I received birthday wishes at each service by the staff. The reservation also stated to bill everything I wanted to that card. Food, drinks and tip. I asked the manager, what if I didn't bring my own card because this was supposed to be paid for? He said he would have to call the regional manager. On top of being embarrassed, now I felt stupid. This place is so nice and ties your services to a wrist band. At the end the doors will open so you can leave after you scan your receipt showing you paid. The tips, food and drinks are added to you wristband so there is no need to carry cash to each appointment. They have all this technology and accomodations but the billing system can't bill a card on file? I was embarrassing and it ruined my day and the rest of the experience.

    A little disappointed
First time at spa kingdom. July 25th. Arrived at 10. Not many there, but by 1 it was extremely crowded. Had a massage which was great. The pool area is not very relaxing once it gets crowded. There were young kids in certain areas without their parents, screaming and playing as kids do, but this is NOT the place for kids. It is NOT family friendly. Staff past the front desk are rude. Since this was our first time to visit we had no idea where to go or what to do. When we asked, we got no help. I can not imagine how crowded the pool area is without restrictions due to covid. We will more than likely not return.
