Great venue
Saw 3 Doors Down and they sounded AWESOME!. We purchased 2 seats in 103 aisle and did not sit in them, those chairs are way too close together, zero room to move and cant get out of the aisle without disrupting everyone down the aisle much like being in an airplane with even less room. Claustrophobic. So we just walked upstairs to the lawn area and loved it! Roomy, you can see and hear everything, move around, dance, there are clean toilets, food and drinks available. People were having fun up there. We will only do lawn seats from now on, also could have saved us a lot of money.

Toyota Music Factory a great location
Besides the Toyota Music Factory performance and event center there are lots of great restaurants you can visit here as well. The TMF is a great multi use facility absinthe sound quality is pretty fantastic. Seats are fairly comfortable and access to the seats is okay. Everyone enters front one main point of entrance. Good quality food choices inside. I've seen a few shows here and it is an great venue in a cool and trendy area of Las Colinas. Good parking (not great) and lots of food options with several very convenient hotels within walking distance.

Cool Venue, Easy to Enjoy
This is a super venue with good sound and friendly staff. Parking is easy and cost US$ 20. Entry was seamless and the kind ticketing agent printed me a hard copy for my collection. I really appreciated that! I was surprised that no bags were allowed beyond the size of a wristlet. Thankfully I only had a tiny bag because that was not clearly communicated beforehand. What if you took public transit or a cab and had a purse or knapsack?? I felt that was way too restrictive! There is a huge bar area with easy access from the seating area and the sound is fairly good quality too. Washrooms are clean, big and bright. Drinks were actually more reasonably priced than in many bars. There isn't a bad seat in the house. However I did wonder what "the lawn" area is. There is no lawn... Our seats were in the 100s on the aisle. Chairs were simply fold-ups so not very comfortable but we spent most of our time standing. Overall, I'd see another concert here in heartbeat. Nice venue Irving!
