A small museum with good artifacts.
This small museum is on the east side of Fort Hood to the south of Battalion Street. It is most easily recognized by the collection of tanks and vehicles parked near it. Parking is accessed from the street one block south of Batallion, so expect to see it. Drive to the next cross street and circle back to the museum. This museum is pretty small but has some great artifacts. It will only take a half hour or so. It is a good second stop after visiting the1st Cavalry Museum.
