Great for everyone
The course is public and has 27 holes. I like that it is public as it keeps the costs down so I can take my children to play as well. The greens are fairly decent, but you're not playing too dollar. The clubhouse is ok, it could be better, but the location is very convenient. The do have a darn good driving range and 2 putting greens.

A hidden gem in Conroe Golf
With 27 holes, the course has multiple "look & feel" options. There are other courses in the area, but few at this cost level and challenge. Most houses are protected by trees, so there is little potential for a stray ball to do extensive damage. IF the course were maintained at a higher level, the cost to play would likely increase, so this is a great compromise for those seeking a great layout at a reasonable price.

Slow Play
My son and I had a 7:45 tee time on Saturday morning. Didn't get to tee off until 8:15. The starter told us it would probably be a long day. We had a twosome walking ahead of us and a foursome of Ladies ahead of them. there was always 2 holes open ahead of them and the two gentlemen in front of us were never asked if they wanted to play through. Waited 5 to 10 minutes on every hole. Never saw the course Marshall once.pro shop had "pace of play" 4hrs15mins. it was more like 5hrs 30 mins. Look for another course..
