Very Nice
Veterans get in for free, I think it was only $6 for adults. I made a donation since I am a veteran. Two story museum with lot's of outdoor static displays. Great place to learn about that era in our Military history with great displays and plenty of gifts of all sorts for your favorite veteran. 1-2 hours minimum, I believe they close at 5pm everyday they're open. Nice clean with restrooms

Solemn Memorial
The museum looks to be going through a renovation. The grounds are a solemn and heartfelt display of those who paid the ultimate price for freedom. It also is a tribute to all who participated in the war. While the entry gates were open - mid afternoon on an October Saturday, the offices were closed. The grounds have artifacts of some of the equipment used during the war. Overall a moving experience.

Never forgot
I was driving along and just happened to catch this museum in Weatherford Texas. Much to my surprise I spent the whole afternoon reading & taking in everything in front of me. Some of the military equipment were reminders of a precious life. You could not ask more from the volunteers. They were knowledgable and very willing to share their Knowlege and experiences. Well worth your time and of course please be generous with your donations. Let’s never forget them!
