I would not even go here

Based on their policies on their website--they are so negative. Can't do this, don't do that, reschedule fee for this...... The website has a very negative vibe. I'll go somewhere else.

    Owner stood me up for my appointment
    I got a Groupon for a massage here for Mother's Day. I looked up reviews and saw that people had a hard time getting an appointment. I found the online page for requesting an appointment and submitted it. After 2 weeks I hadn't heard back so I called. I spoke with Tamara and scheduled an appointment for when my in-laws would be in town (to look after my kids). Two days before the appointment I received a "Cancellation Confirmation" email. I saw it after business hours so the next day I called and spoke to Tamara. She said it was a mistake and we confirmed my appointment for the very next day at noon. I showed up at 11:45am. The office was locked so I stood in the hallway and waited for 30 minutes. My appt was scheduled for 12pm. At 12:15pm I tried calling Tamara (twice) and got voicemail both times. I left a message saying I had been waiting. Then I left. I never heard back. What a horrible way to run a business! Not showing up for a confirmed appointment and then not calling to apologize or try to reschedule with the patient. Don't take the chance of this happening to you. Just find somewhere else for a massage!

    Stay Away from The Garden Experience Wellness Spa.
    The owner sent the email about the appointment less than 24 hours before the appointment. I have sent several emails and made several phone calls to try to find out when my wife's appointment was. I never received a reply. I understand they have a cancellation policy but if you don't send the appointment within the 24hrs it is impossible to change it, therefor they made it impossible for us to conform to their policies. they need to be a person of integrity and fairness and do the right thing. We received the email of notification only yesterday nothing before then there they made it impossible to follow their policy. We are not being unreasonable we just want them to be fair. I hope this may shed a little insight on our anger over the situation. do not do business with this company. I have made my complaint know to Groupon and have requested a refund. Groupon should screen their customers to prevent this from happening. there are several reviews like this one regarding The Garden Experience Wellness Spa.
