Fun, Casual Place with Full Bar
This is a great bar. Full liquor bar and beer. Jeni, Gwen and Wendy can fix you up. The photos are mostly from the old bar. When it's open, you have to try the pies from the food truck! Bike Days and Hot Rod Days on 2nd and 3rd Saturday in the summers. Dart tournaments and poker tournaments. Screened in porch in the back and 5 big swings around the fire ring behind that. Potlucks on Sunday. Casual place with an AMI jukebox when a live band isn't playing. Daily drink specials. Great place to hang out with friends.

Great bar, great staff, great fun!
This is the type of bar that every town needs. Somewhere where the beer is cold and the people are warm. Somewhere where you can go to after work to have a beer or two to unwind, or listen to a live band with your friends on Friday or Saturday. Want to shoot pool? Play darts? Poker? Just want to chill, maybe listen to the jukebox and have a mixed drink? You can do that all here. The staff, including the owners make you feel welcome and at home from the minute you walk in. Think of it as Comfort, TX's version of 'Cheers'. Next time you're in Comfort, make sure you stop in!

Could be straight from a movie perfect Texas small town garage bar
I was told it was a chicken hatchery and was haunted by the previous owner Chicken George. Small friendly well worth a visit if you are in the area. Very easy to miss at night, look for the Chicken Hatchery sign.
