Texas Motor Speedway - Nascar race weekend September 24-25, 2022
Attended an Xfinity race on Saturday and Cup race on Sunday. Races were excellent. Good competition. It was very warm both days but fun. Our seats were in the sun for about the first hour and then the sun moved around and the seats were in the shade after that. The track provided wet towels to help with the heat. Very nice. We will be back next year.

Informative tour
We were at the speedway just for the tour which was done very well by Dillon. He is clearly a lifelong fan of racing and the racetrack so did a great job describing and showing us the winner’s circle, box seating, area holding quite a few older cars, and other areas. Being driven by the tour guide on the track is hit or miss (miss in our case) but we still got close enough to the track in a corner to see the incredible camber. We’d love to return and drive one of the cars around the track but at $300 or so, it may just remain a dream.
