Very old looking and dated, needs renovation.
Looks like on the verge of being abandoned. Aside from a few tentpole stores like JCP and Dillards and a few stores it just feels so old. The concrete outside looks all ratty. I'm still surprised there's an IMAX inside that thing.

Not much there
Good thing Dillard’s is there. Not much else to keep you going back. I was visiting from out of town and used the mall for walking on a rainy day. The mall itself was pretty empty and not even many people at the few restaurants. Needs to be updated and new life brought in.

Needs new life
Having lived in the Temple area for 10 years now, I have seen the Temple mall go further down the drain as time passes. I don't even really consider our city to have a mall, as I would much rather drive to Georgetown or Waco to do my shopping. There are many vacant stores and seems like more and more pull out every month. It has a gross feel like it is just a place where teens and drug dealers go to hang out. The only reason I take my family there usually is to go to Macy's for clothes or to eat at the Mexican restaurant.
