Try it!
I took two classes while visiting Southlake this week, and really enjoyed it. The classes are challenging, and different than the Vinyasa flow I normally practice. It is a friendly, nice studio with a good atmosphere. If you're visiting and looking for yoga, definitely give it a try.

Not your average class
Incorporating traditional yoga moves, this is a very athletic, and formatted style. There are about 6 different classes, and no matter who the teacher, the classes are taught the same way. They always start and end on time and there are classes at all time of day. You can drop in for a free class, or attend an orientation and try it for a week. All the teachers are friendly and helpful, in and out of the studio
