Enjoy the Venue and the great Sun City
I was a Food Vender at one time and what a great feeling to see how a city can come alive with our beautiful weather, the atmosphere and surrounded cities of New Mexico and Mexico. If you have never been to an event at the Sun Bowl it's a must.

great venue
been there for concerts monster jam events and some football games nice stadium very bad team lol but nice place to go and take a break from the city

UTEP football, and other big events.
Sun Bowl Stadium is home to UTEP Miner football. These games are always fun to attend, and I love the location of the stadium. It is literally in the Franklin Mountain, with a great view of El Paso and Juarez. Parking for events has improved with all the new garages being built, but even parking in the Sunset Heights neighborhood, it is a nice walk thru campus to get to the stadium. This is a great place for concerts, monster trucks, and sports, including the annual Sun Bowl game played every December.
