wonderful day on the lake.
Last Saturday,January 12th two friends of mine and I had the extreme pleasure of going striper fishing with Captain Stephen Andre on Lake Texoma. It was an experience We shall not soon forget.The weather was a little on the cold side (35 degrees most of the day) but not much wind. As we had dressed properly we were not too cold. The very first stop we made which was at a place where gulls were working the water. I caught about a 7 pounder in about the first 30 seconds. that seemed to set the tone as for the next 5 hours we pulled in one nice fish after another, ranging from 3 ponds to about 14. It was a hoot!!. Captain Steve really seemed to have a knack for finding the schools. In addition he is friendly and likable. All in all we each had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back for more action. If you are thinking about fishing for striper in Lake Texoma I would definitely recommend you go with Stephen Andre.

Great Guide and wonderful trip
We had a complete group of fishermen for this trip, my mom and dad, my wife, sons(15 & 17) and me. Lots of variables in experience but Captain Stephen was perfect for all ages. Nice meeting to start and after a 20 minute boat ride, we got to fishing. We didn't immediately catch fish but Capt. Stephen soon had us on fish. we fished with slabs and jigs. We caught the fish schooling and had a great run. We moved several times and caught several fish. Capt. Stephen was lots of fun and put in a full day working. He cleaned all 50 fish and taught me a trick on the bloodline removal. I would highly recommend him for a trip for novices and experts.
