Fun place to visit
I highly recommend this museum and the activities that surround it. You have the world famous Billy Bobs in the grounds and eateries and shops in the area like the shake shack. Plan on arriving at 1130 am in the morning or stay until 4 in the afternoon so you and your can witness the cattle drive parade. Then purchase your tickets at the box office on the brick wall way for the museum. There are numerous things you will learn about the stockyards and their history that has driven the economy of much of Fort Worth for years. I also recommend while there stopping by the John Wayne museum and the Cowtown Coliseum where they have stockyard cattle compete in rodeo during the summer and fall.

This museum is a must see. The exhibits are really interesting with lots of variety. The best part for us was the person working sang a song about the cannonball express. She performs sometimes and got the song from her Dad. We love trains.
