Beautiful historic Catholic Church in Fort Worth
My cousin got married here in April and it was such a lovely service. This historic Catholic church has the most beautiful architecture and lovely stained glass windows. There was plenty of room to social distance as they had every other pew roped off for safety.

Gorgeous Architecture
In the fast growing areas of DFW, most Catholic churches have a decidedly spare, 1960's sleek sort of interior and plain exteriors. St. Patrick's Cathedral in comparison is rather old for a building in the American West. St. Patrick's was constructed in the late 19th century and features architectural details outside and inside that make me miss what I call "Old School" Catholic churches around Pittsburgh where I grew up. St. Patrick's is a lovely place to visit, light a candle, and reflect. Recently St. Patrick's underwent a renovation to repair some structural issues. At Christmas, St. Patrick's puts out a gorgeous Nativity display.

Inspiring Inspiring
We always attend Mass when we travel. A Cathedral is always a bonus and it was by our hotel. The Blessed Mother with lighting above Her head is the most outstanding view of our Blessed Mother. Another bonus was The Texas State Men Choir was there, swept my heart away.
