Best view of the Sunset!
Oh my goodness, this place blew us away. We were looking for a good sunset spot and a local recommended Sotol Vista and boy were they right! Check out the photos and then imagine 360• of the mountains lit up.

Ross Maxwell Scenic Drive
Located on the Ross Maxwell Scenic Drive, Sotol Vista is a good place to stretch your legs and make a restroom stop. An informational plaque describes the expansive western views before you. It is easy to spot Santa Elena Canyon in the distance – look for the break in the mesa.
