I want to LOVE this place....it's just too expensive.
I really wish Shenaniganz would get it's act together on pricing. My family loves this place. Living in Rockwall we always go for birthday parties or just a fun night out. The service is always great. The food has always been above average. Poker nights on Monday/Tuesday are awesome with great beer specials. The cost of every attraction is just too high. Video game selection is a bit small and at $2 a pop for MOST games it really stings. Our last Friday night there was bowling only (1 dad + 2 kids) $50 for 1 hour including shoe rental. We got in 2 games averaging $8.33 a game...ridiculous. A movie night for us is only $25 without snacks of course. When this place opened they used to run specials....like all you can bowl/laser tag/mini golf....for $20 (that was a back to school special and it was really $17.99 pp with a school supply donation). Anyways...I digress. I like this place a lot better than Main Event but at least they have a clue. They have those "all u can" specials all the time ($17.95 for the entire Summer after 4 pm). Shenaniganz does try.... they have a new Thanx app which gives you rewards based on what you spend and you even get a bonus for signing up....but you have to put a credit card on file....come on....just get a key-tag system like the grocery stores. Now they even have a GROUPON.....this is what really gets me....All you can bowl/laser tag and mini golf $25-$30 pp depending on how many you buy in a group but only before 7 Mon- Thursday and before 4 Fri- Sun. Here is the really good part. They value it at $70 per person. I know you are the only game in town but please don't base your pricing off of that. You even have cheaper prices at your Greenville location. Give back a little to the community that has made you who you are today. My kids are 12 and 5 and I know I will be here 100 more times in the next decade. Please don't make me constantly drive to Main Event in Plano for the next 10 years. Thanx!

All pretty good, except for the manager.
I really enjoyed the service, employees, and overall experience (plus the food is delicious) but Victor really spoils the atmosphere. He has a few times now and me and my family can now very easily identify him. He's a bit too intense. He's really the only reason I won't bring my family there on the weekends.
