Taste of old unincorporated Texas

If you enjoy walking quiet and untrafficked unpaved roads, sites of endless fields of cattle while enjoying the splendor of a creek filled with lily pads; Sandies Creek and its old bridge are worth a visit. There are various other rural roads connected to explore as well. An old family cemetery and various tractors can be found on display in the surrounding areas. The view of a impressive hill with its pastures can be found north of the creek, worthy of photography. Sun flowers ornament the landscape in the late summer.
