WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!
It was beautiful in the morning! lots of ducks! Try not to fall in. loved every bit of the city. On my last day in the city we woke up at 3AM in the morning to go to the air port and the employees at the air port weren't there which was frustrating.

The heart of downtown San Antonio
To maximize your San Antonio River experience, take a boat tour (open during covid now - you’ll just have to wear a mask). Then get out and walk up one end and down the other. You’ll have plenty of options for lunch (or dinner) and places to stop and give your feet a rest. Unfortunately covid has impacted many of the establishments - some have closed, others have adjusted their hours. Hopefully they’ll come back — with a little luck and a lot of support. The river and it’s ‘riverwalk’ add enormously to the charm of the city.. it’s easy to spend a day exploring that area.
